If I lose an item, who can I refer to?
If you have lost your luggage/item:
On board the aircraft (apron bus): write to oggetti@ghbologna.it
On board a taxi: contact the Lost and Found Office of Bologna municipality
On board the Aerobus - BLQ: Contact TPER service
On board a scheduled bus: Contact the Company that supplied the service.
On board a rented car: Contact the Car rental that supplied the service.
For all other areas not mentioned above write to oggettismarriti@bologna-airport.it

I have left my glasses at the security checkpoints, what should I do?
Send an email to oggettismarriti@bologna-airport.it, or else report to the Luggage Storage (at the Staff security checks gate - 1st floor/departures - next to the MBL), open 24/7.
