Is there any commission when I buy a plane ticket either by phone?
Yes, for every issued ticket some handling fees are due.
The charging of the handling fees will be done separately with respect to the purchase of the plane ticket; two separate sums will result on the credit card's final statement.
In case your plane ticket hasn't been issued, the sum withheld as a deposit of the handling fees will be released, becoming available again to the card holder.
