Wayfinding
The Wayfinding service will be a compass in the passenger's hands inside the airport. Up and running by the end of 2022, it will be responsible for helping people reach the check-in counter or boarding gate.
Through the Bologna Airport app (BLQ - Bologna Airport, for iOS and Android), passengers will be navigated on their device by digital maps and augmented reality technology, which will allow them to "see" points of interest before actually reaching them.
The aim is to optimise travel times within the terminal and in the airport car parks.
Useful guidance for users with electronic toll payment devices
If you purchase online with credit/debit cards or Satispay, you will have guaranteed access to the car park. If you prefer to pay with Telepass or UnipolMove, you cannot purchase parking online and access will only be subject to parking space availability.
