Responsible Value Chain Policy

The Responsible Value Chain Policy defines the approach through which AdB S.p.A. integrates Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into its procurement processes and relationships with suppliers and business partners. The goal is to promote a responsible, transparent and continuously improving value chain, while contributing to risk management and long-term value creation.

The Policy sets out the ESG principles that guide purchasing decisions, the criteria for supplier qualification and evaluation, the methods for monitoring sustainability performance, and the tools used to engage suppliers and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.
In this context, AdB promotes respect for human rights, environmental protection, workers’ health and safety, integrity and transparency in business relationships, while encouraging innovative and lower-impact solutions.

Through tools such as the Supplier Code of Conduct, ESG data collection, risk assessment, audits and monitoring activities, AdB S.p.A. aims to strengthen the resilience and sustainability of its supply chain, promoting a shared path of growth and continuous improvement with all partners along the value chain.
